Guacamole
Guacamole is an avocado-based plunge which started in Mexico. It is generally made by crushing ready avocados with a molcajete (pestle and mortar) with salt. A few formulas call for tomatoes, lime juice, coriander, garlic and seasonings.
Empanada

Quesadilla
